He split the cases and bead blasted everything, got new pistons, is having the cylinders bored, and split the rocker boxes last night.

Here’s one of his rocker boxes… he cut them on the band saw, then milled them, followed by a bead blast to get rid of the chrome. A bit of bench work, and they’re ready to rock.
