Don’t bother asking where it is, cause I ain’t gonna tell you. Suffice to say, to get there you’ll need a passport and a will for greatness.

More handlebars than you can shake a dick at.

Tons of 70’s style chopper pullbacks… most of them in pretty decent shape, save a little surface rust.

Softie Patina: Copper Contaminated

I know, these are over due.  We finally scrubbed the frame, and then waxed it.  The resulting color is amazing, and really isn’t done justice by these shots.  So on this shot (below) look at the cross tube – under the backbone. See how it sorta glows? Under the light, the highlights have a weird sort of iridescence to them. It looks like an anodization, in the color of copper, which then began to rust. Really weird, but really awesome.

Needless to say, the scotch brighted aluminum is going to look great against this.

Syd Mead, Karim Rasheed, Marc Newson and Willie G have all been there.

Mad Max Posters

So Bird, over at Attack Choppers Blog, has asked the question, What Would Mad Max Ride? It’s a well thought out and comprehensive argument for riding and building bikes that are extremely reliable in all sorts of environments. Anyhoo, it’s a good read, I suggest you check it out.

Since the Mad Max aesthetic has obviously had a tremendous influence on our design, I decided to post some pics of random Mad Max and Road Warrior posters. I opted not to include any Beyond Thunderdome, because IMHFO it’s strays a little from the “action on the road” format of the first two movies. But whatevs. It’s still kick ass. Anyhizzle, I’m starting to ramble…
